How can I make a complaint?
We are committed to addressing any concerns you may have with care and professionalism. If you wish to raise an issue, you have the option to submit either an informal or formal complaint, depending on how you would like the matter to be handled.
Informal Complaint
If you prefer a quick resolution, an informal complaint allows us to address your concerns through verbal or written communication without the need for a formal investigation. We will work to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.
Formal Complaint
If you would like a more structured approach, a formal complaint will involve a full investigation, and we will provide you with a detailed response. Please note that formal complaints require more information, and a response will be issued within 28 days of receiving the necessary details.

To ensure a thorough investigation, please provide the following:
- Date(s) of Incident – The exact date(s) or time frame when the issue occurred
- Description of the Concern – A clear and detailed account of what happened, who was involved, and how it has affected you
